RESTRICTIONS: HQ pictures plz
ANYTHING ELSE: **I can't like, actually code lj layouts but I'm very good at heavily modifying them. (ex: my currently layout was actually adapted from this code) If you want an LJ layout, please 1) find a template you like and 2) ask them if I can modify their layout to raise money for charity. If they require payment, I'll cover that for you (within a reasonable price).
* I'll offer 1 icon for every bid (so if someone bids 3 times, I'll make three icons)
